If the jewelry does not fit because of choosing wrong size, we can offer a resizing or adjustment services but an additional fee might be applied or we offer discounts for your next purchase on same jewelry with same details.

► How can I send my Handwriting, Drawing or Fingerprint?
• You can either send the picture or scan of the Signature//Handwriting//Message by using "ASK A QUESTION", "MESSAGE THE SELLER", or "CONTACT SHOP OWNER" button before or after purchasing.
• You can also email the image file to necklacedw@gmail.com. Please do not forget to write your order # in the message.► How can I make sure that my handwriting work or not?
• In most cases, handwriting image works well and we will contact you if we need an adjustment.
• You can submit any handwriting no matter what the language and writing style (print, cursive, drawings etc) is. We will take care of the rest.
• We can make adjustment on the image you sent so cropping out any unwanted text surrounding the handwriting, omitting any part and taking individual words or letters to create phrases with them is possible.

All of the items in our store are appropriate for daily usage and cleaning and caring are simple.
Here is how:
• Use small amount of toothpaste or a soft cloth to rub gently to remove tarnish from the jewelry.
• When you are not using your jewelry, keep them in our special box that comes with your order.► How do I capture the fingerprint?
• There are several ways to get your fingerprint and can be find in the Internet search. The easiest way is:
-- Use Ink Kit, Printer Ink, pencil or Scotch Tape to get your fingerprint.► Do the jewelry include Nickle? Are these HYPOALLERGENIC and WATERPROOF ? Will any of the item turn skin green ?

• None of our jewelry will turn your skin green or will harm your skin.

Shipped when it said it would! I like it, but don't love it. I bought it as a graduation gift and got a 19" chain, silver, with the January birthstone for her school colors and it said "mmxxii" (roman numerals for 2022, my sister's graduation year). I think this is actually the brighter red stone (July) but oh well. The setting for the stone also makes it look cheap, in my opinion, since the setting is NOT the one shown for the clear stone in the first photo on the rose gold necklace, it's actually the setting shown in the third photo where the stone is smaller and it has the big faux prongs on it.
