Bad Bunny, Blackpink and Frank Ocean starred.

Coachella 2023 is shaping up to be an unforgettable weekend. The annual music festival has released its official lineup for this year's event, and this may be one of the biggest curations in festival history. Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny, K-pop queens Blackpink and elusive R&B star Frank Ocean will be starring over the two weekends of the festival this April in Indio, California.

Rumors about the festival first leaked to social media a few days before the official announcement, with Ocean already confirming the title of this year's festival after its 2020 rescheduling due to the initial COVID-19 pandemic. Coachella's official social media accounts made fun of the leaks, revealing the lineup caption in a humorous way, "Oh, it's stuck in the drafts."

Although Bad Bunny and Blackpink have performed at the music festival before, this is an important moment for both artists. Bad Bunny will be the festival's first Latino lead, and Blackpink will be the first Korean group (and female group!) to make headlines. Ocean's return to the stage seems to confirm that his new music is on the way, for the first time since 2016's Blonde.

Other players joining the trio at Coachella Valley include Spanish singer Rosalía, Colombian singer Kali Uchis, Gorillaz, Burna Boy, Doechii, Kaytranada and Björk.

Coachella 2023 will be held on April 14-16 and April 21-23.
