The most famous show in show business is returning to the runways after a four-year hiatus. Victoria's Secret plans to bring back the annual Christmas fashion show in December.

Victoria's Secret's highly anticipated New Year's Eve show returns to the podium after many years.

After a four-year hiatus, Victoria's Secret CFO Tim Johnson said they plan to bring back Victoria's Secret's annual fashion show.

News of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show returning to the runways in 2023 first came after the company's 2022 fourth-quarter earnings announcement on Friday. "We will continue to focus on marketing spend to support the new version of our fashion show coming later this year," said Timothy Johnson, the brand's chief financial officer.

"We will always continue to innovate and create ideas in all areas of the business to continue to put the customer at the center of everything we do," a company spokesperson told People.

The underwear brand's iconic fashion show dates back to 1995.

It aired on CBS and ABC for years on television in 2001. The show's power grew. In the televised show, not only underwear models wearing angel wings appeared. World-famous singers were also appearing in the show.

In the last show of 2018, musician guests such as Bebe Rexha, Halsey, Rita Ora, Kelsea Ballerina, Shawn Mendes performed.

CEO Les Wexner said in 2019, “To grow, we must evolve and change. With that in mind, we decided to rethink the traditional Victoria's Secret Fashion Show," he said.

The company canceled the show in 2019 when the brand was criticized for not including full-body models, and the Victoria's Secret angels said goodbye to the show.

In 2021, the company changed its usual promotional strategy to include non-model celebrities such as football star Megan Rapinoe in its campaign, trying to emphasize that it was more inclusive.
